As a manufacturer, we have invested in the most advanced machinery in the hand tool industry. Our injection molding workshop has 100 injection molding machines, fully equipped with central feeding, in-line color mixing, and automated parts extraction. Our metal processing and assembly workshop also have a wide range of equipment, including CNC machining centers, laser cutting machines, induction hardening machines, powder coating line, printing machines, and various assembly stations.
Duratec's R&D team is recognized for its outstanding capacity for product development. By developing customized products for specific customer needs, or adding functional features through innovation, Duratec creates added value for customers and end-users.
We have our own in-house tooling department, which is dedicated to the fast-growing demand for product development. On average we produce 200 injection moulds and stamping tools per year. All our injection moulds are designed to last over one million shots and remain of good quality during the entire service life. Our tooling equipment includes wire cutting, CNC milling, EDM, and coordinate measuring machines.
